Job Summary:
The CRM Administrator/Associate Director of Enrollment Support is a thought leader responsible for evaluating, initiating, prioritizing, and managing systems and projects vital to meeting enrollment goals, by applying the most effective technologic and business practice solutions. The ideal candidate will use design thinking to understand users' needs, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions. The position must have strong critical and analytical thinking skills. The position will identify opportunities to apply technology to improve efficiencies and service while promoting best and/or forward-thinking practices. This position will focus on optimizing the use of the Salesforce/Enrollment Rx CRM launched in April 2022, and related applications, to build a foundation for enrollment systems success and innovation.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages CRM development, configuration, design, functionality, integration, and performance.

• Works with information technology (IT) counterparts on updating and developing systems and tools for maintaining and monitoring infrastructure, maintaining data security, and maximizing up-time, availability, and performance.

• Champions the CRM to ensure rapid adoption and accurate utilization. Determines how to best leverage capabilities and functionality for maximum impact/ROI for the university.

• Approaches change and growth, both systemic and organizational, from a place of curiosity and with a positive attitude; actively manages change with intentionality and planning.

• Receives and assesses change requests with an eye toward growth, prioritization, and scheduling.

• Develops and refines CRM reporting for marketing, recruitment, and student support.

• Works cross-functionally to translate internal business needs and technology directions into application features and capabilities.

• Obtains and maintains Salesforce certification.

• Constantly expands own knowledge and expertise of CRM and related applications.

• Oversees the planning, implementation and management of day-to-day operations related to Ellucian Colleague (SIS), and ImageNow (document imaging).

• Ensures process efficiency through the development and maintenance of automated workflows, data integrity and the effective use of enrollment systems.

• Coordinates with ITS in the development and testing of new features and system upgrades

• Coordinates the innovative use of university systems and related software and systems.

• Drives process improvement in University systems through workflow, automation, data imports, document management, reporting, tracking of enrollment goals, while ensuring data quality.

• Supports staff in the development of reports for strategic, data-driven decisions on measurable recruitment activities.

• Leads the efforts of the Enrollment Systems team to maintain operational efficiency in the recruitment of new students.

• Coaches, trains and mentors staff, setting both qualitative and quantitative expectations and measurements for performance, implementing disciplinary or performance improvement measures when necessary, and encouraging positive performance.

• Accountable for team building, setting clear objectives and attaining common goals. Facilitates selection, orientation, and training of new staff.

• Fosters professional growth, developing staff through on-going learning and improvement in key job roles including product knowledge and technical training so team members are equipped to approach the challenges of their positions.

• Serves as a critical thinking member of the Regis University Enrollment Support team.

• Performs other duties as requested by the Strategic Enrollment Management leadership team.

• Serves as acting member on University teams and committees as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED. A baccalaureate degree; master's degree in marketing, business, information system or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of four years of CRM experience, preferably in higher education admissions. Functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce CRM. Advanced use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft O365. Experience converting and preparing files for data import and exports. Supervisory experience preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening hours. Some local, regional, and/or national travel may be required.

Pay Rate:
$70,000 to $75,000 / annually commensurate with qualifications
