As R/GA continues to expand new and existing client relationships, it has announced an evolution to its global leadership team while bringing on a new leader for its Los Angeles office.
Following more than three years as the Managing Director of R/GA LA, Nicky Bell has been named SVP, Global Client Partnerships. In this new role, Nicky will leverage 25 years of industry experience to create a model with R/GA leadership and global clients to help enable stronger levels of partnership, innovation, and growth.
Taking the reins as SVP, Managing Director, R/GA Los Angeles, is LA marketing and technology veteran Pam Scheideler. Pam will lead the office, bringing a unique blend of deep technical acumen coupled with decades of innovative brand work, along with a passion for championing strong creative culture. Both roles will report directly to Sean Lyons.
“Pam started in consulting and came up through production, leading teams at the best technology companies and ad agencies in the world,” said Lyons. “Given the range of work we are seeing in LA, we know Pam and her leadership team will build on the office’s momentum in the LA market and beyond.”
Lyons continued, “Clients are increasingly working with us across the R/GA network and across the many offerings we have, so we saw an opportunity for a dedicated role to partner with our client teams to make sure they are getting the greatest benefit from us. Nicky is a rare talent when it comes to partnering with our clients, and while she has successfully led LA as Managing Director for the past three years, we need to spread her expertise across the R/GA network. She was a natural choice for the role.”
