To do this, Kia Motors America KMA enlisted Elephant to imagine a completely redesigned digital experience, (www.kia.com) that redefines the relationship between consumer and automotive manufacturer.
This is evident from prominent new features that bring a human touch to the experience like ‘Buying Made Easy,’ which brings the all decisions and tools new car buyers need into a simple, step-by-step format. Finding the perfect vehicle and matching it to an actual model on the lot at their local dealership has never been easier.
The humanity of the brand also comes to life in small details like showing how an SUV fits three surfboards in the back instead of listing the cubic feet. Or in the non-linear “Build & Price” where customers can just pick the features digging though different trims (meanwhile they can toggle car’s background setting from the dunes of the desert to snowy mountains).
