Shit to Hit: The Art Directors Guild’s 10th Anniversary Exhibition of “Art Unites” Opening Reception on Saturday, October 15 from 6 to 9 pm
By thelaegotist / / Art Directors Guild’s Gallery 800 presents a special 10th anniversary exhibition of “Art Unites: An Eclectic Mix of Art and Artists’ Works,” featuring artwork from members of ADG Local 800, Affiliated Property Craftspersons (IATSE Local 44), Motion Picture Set Painters & Sign-Writers (IATSE Local 729) and Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild (IATSE Local 706). The exhibition will run from Saturday, October 15, 2016 through Saturday, December 10, 2016, with an opening reception on Saturday, October 15 from 6 to 9 pm. The reception is open to the public and will feature a hosted bar, appetizers and live music from the Do Drop In jazz trio. Over 32 artists will participate in “Art Unites” and they include: Deborah Ash, Pierre Bernard, Katie Bode, Aprile Boettcher, Susan Bolles, Mike Denering, Bridgett Duffy, Denny Dugally, Jaroslav ‘Jerry’ Gebr, Reggie Grether, Denny Howard, Jay Johnson, Alan Roderick Jones, Catherine Koon, Ron Kriss, Kenneth Larson, John Leverance, Isabella Mack, Guy Maturo, Robin McCarthy, Barbara Mesney, Keith Mitchell, John Moffitt, Curtis Moore, Eric Olson, Stasys Pinkus, Desiree Ponce, Roberto Rios, Darcy Scanlin, Joel Schiller, Silvio Silverstri, Jeff Skrimstad and Hilda Stark, among others.
