Supermoon Shows Off Honest Company Election Diapers—And Puts Their Moms In The Credits

By thelaegotist / / Our kids don’t see sides. They don’t see political affiliation, and they don’t choose donkeys or elephants. That’s why The Honest Company debuted a new line of election-themed diapers in a new ad from Santa Monica-based agency Supermoon. The Honest Company is the health and beauty brand founded by Jessica Alba. The diapers “were inspired by all of the little ones out there who were born not to see red or blue, but simply to love,” Alba says. In the ad, “Love Today for a Better Tomorrow,” babies play and dance in the middle of a sea of stuffed donkeys and elephants—wearing diapers decorated in red and blue donkeys and elephants. In the background, we hear “why can’t we be friends” from War. This is the second diaper spot from Supermoon for The Honest Company. The first, “Match Print,” came out in August. In working with Honest, the people at Supermoon drew on the lessons their own mothers taught them after changing thousands of diapers. So they decided to share credits with their moms.
