That the best, most creative projects aren’t owned by a few, but touched by many. I learned that becoming more nimble and self-sufficient in everything we do as an agency is the future. I learned at a smaller agency how much people depend on each other and how out of that creates a genuine, trusting atmosphere with a family feel. I learned how working with respectful, honest, honorable people, from clients to partners isn’t just important, it’s really all that matters in this business. I learned how lucky I am to get to do the above every day.
