the city’s vibrant design community and better serve our
clients in the Midwest and beyond.

• Excellent brand development experience (verbal and
visual platform experience, presentations, branding,
logos, and collateral)

• Experience in style guide creation (print to digital, color
theory, typography, icons/graphics, patterns, and product
development)

• A keen eye for strategic insight (industry, consumer
segments from pre-school to adult, global and hyper-local
market analysis)

• A portfolio containing package design examples at a
senior level, including an essential proficiency in a
mechanical file set up

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to present both internal and external to the client

• Leadership qualities in mentoring junior creative staff
• High Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and
Photoshop

• Passion for trend research and innovation

• Active in industry awareness and contribution, speaking,
mentoring or teaching is a plus.

• Illustration concept / creating skills are a plus.

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in design or
communication from an accredited university beyond
vocational training.
NOTE: International candidates must hold a valid US
working permit.
