STONE Strategy & Design | Creative Resource Manager
This job post has expired
Stone Strategy & Design is a multi-disciplinary brand and creative strategy studio in Golden, Colorado. Independently owned, we weave together expertise supporting both large established brands with emerging, challenger start-ups. We're a tight knit, creative-lead agency who is hoping to find someone to join our small but mighty army.
Wearing the CRM hat, the Creative Resource Manager works with Creative Leads to manage creative deliverables, and with the head of Business Operations to manage resourcing and project assignments.
The CRM organizes, maintains, and influences a team of 5-10 highly skilled creatives. With the confidence and composure to be client-facing on all accounts for timing and deliverable conversations, the CRM plays a key role in working with Creative and agency leadership to manage the agency's creative resources, coordinate the daily staffing activities, and provide management and organization to the Creative Department.
Wearing the PM hat, the Project Manager manages agency projects from end to end including: scope, schedule, budget and conflicting priorities. They build detailed project timelines for all jobs and keep teams in adherence of milestones and deliverables through project completion. They meet and communicate with stakeholders regularly to provide project status updates, and to identify risks and manage emerging issues.
The ideal CRM/PM is extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented. They are excellent communicators of concise, accurate deadline-driven information. They understand people and should know instinctively when to push and when to let things simmer as they work to keep projects and people on track. With 10+ years of experience, this senior-level position will be an integral part of our small agency.
