Planning/Research

I'm currently an instructor at Art Center College of Design. I recently earned a PhD in Visual Studies, and my research includes global design history, the history of typography, and media studies. Before returning to graduate school, I worked as a graphic designer and illustrator. In addition to publishing articles and giving lectures, I've also organized events, written grants, and created design and media history courses for students of all ages.
