    We love this. Way back in 2007, the TWiNs were asked to pitch on a commercial featuring a cast of cute little 3D characters. As part of the treatment they had a conceptual illustrator friend of theirs, Morten Rowley from Supervixen, design a range of adorable creatures. Out of all of the original characters, there was one that stood out and captured hearts from the get-go. He didn't have a name (he didn't even have a mouth!), and deep down they knew he wasn't right for the commercial project, but he was easily the favourite of over twenty designs.     Ubisoft and their digital agency Modus Operandi have joined forces to create a multi-pronged engagement for the launch of Ubisoft’s new title Assassin’s Creed® III. The campaign aims to excite the title’s massive fan base and expand the property’s reach to new audiences, especially those captivated by the game’s setting: the American Revolution.

    Central to this rollout is a new series, “Inside Assassin’s Creed III,” a branded documentary that simultaneously explores both the game’s development (over three years in the making), and its historic and thematic foundations in the birth of a country. Unveiled in four parts, it was released episodically between August 22nd and September 19th.

    Last week B-Reel unveiled a spine-tingling Audio App, 'Escape The House -- a 3D Sound Experience,' to promote the upcoming feature film 'House at the End of the Street.This is (like most of B-Reels projects) the first-ever interactive sound app created on a mobile platform to promote a feature movie.

    The app's absorbing and terrifyingly real auditory adventure is set in a realistic 3D environment which provides a rich sensorial experience. It utilizes a multitude of different sensors and gyroscopes that know which direction you want to go and how you react to each tantalizing situation by employing sounds of police sirens, heavy breathing, menacing footsteps, echoes and sudden bangs.

    Therapy Studios editor Doobie White and Gifted Youth directors Ryan McNeely and Josh Martin (the Director Brothers) transform light beer drinking into a smashing sport in the comical new :30 “The Natural”, for Old Milwaukee, produced direct-to-client. The spot features MLB veteran heavy-hitter Jose Canseco delivering a powerhouse swing to an Old Milwaukee Light that he pitches up to himself, dramatically smashing the full can mid-air. The campaign, which debuted during the 2012 Home Run Derby also features three direct-to-camera :30s directed by Ryan Perez: “The Locker Room,” “The Field,” and “The Stands,” edited by Therapy’s Kristin McCasey.
